Delivery and refund

Delivery :

  • Delivery is free via Chronopost Relais from 20€ of purchases
  • Delivery time is usually 3-4 days from the time the package is shipped.

Most of our items are available in our stocks. They are therefore shipped within 24 hours via the Post Office for small items, when the package does not exceed a certain weight, otherwise we use Chronospost Relais . Shipping is free from 20€ purchase.

In the event of a return for exchange, following a size error for example, you will be asked to pay a contribution of €4 for the second shipment.

Once the product has been received, and after checking its condition, the product will be reimbursed directly to the bank card used to pay for the order, within a maximum period of 7 days.
